The Overturning of Roe vs. Wade, and why?

The United Snakes is divided into three branches to make sure no individual or group will have too much power.  Right.  They were not counting the democratic group who has ultimate power.  Sidebar:  Both the Democrats and Republicans have taken turns screwing over Black folks.  The Democrats have screwed Black folks over and used no lube.  The Republicans have screwed Black folks royally, but have greased the plate first.  Black folks are screwed either way.

These branches are:

• Legislative, and they make laws (Congress, comprised of the House of Representatives and Senate)
• Executive and they carry out laws (POTUS) and/or  (President of the United Snakes), Vice POTUS, Cabinet, and most federal agencies)
• Judicial, and they …[they being the operative word because THEY all work together] to evaluate laws (Supreme Court and other courts). 

Please note:  no one person evaluates a law, and especially not a Black person a/k/a Clarence Thomas. Before Garyside goes on, Garyside is not a fan of Clarence Thomas.  Let’s be clear on that.

There is one more branch that is totally overlooked and that is the Media branch of government-(the media branch is highly responsible for fake news, and/or propaganda). This media branch blows information out of proportion, is extremely biased, and slants the news.  This media branch uses mind control practices for viewership, and to alter rational thinking.  They do this by repeatedly reshaping the minds of viewership by repeating propaganda so that viewers will jump on the bandwagon.  Much like the Stanford Prison Experiment.  For more information, please click on the red-underlined word “information” information:   

Not to mention the continued 400-year-plus practices of racism in reporting the news.  The steady stream of propaganda/biases in reporting events and circumstances.  The media branch uses this tool of repeated propaganda in an effort to give the legislative/executive branch the footage it needs to pass sweeping laws., i.e., mandatory COVID 19 vaccination, (which ILLEGAL immigrants do not have to adhere to–they can get social services, without taking the mandatory vaccination though).  Sidebar:  Who comes into another country illegally ..which means you have something to hide.  What’s more what country allows this to happen.  ONLY IN AMERIKKA.. white privlege. All media launched in an effort to pass sweeping legislation.  Please note:  Presidente Biden did not sweep to pass legislation for a hate crime bill for Black folks. On the other hand, did you see how the media continually portrayed four acts of violence against Asian Americans, in turn,  Presidente Biden then pressed forward to make a sweeping Anti-hate Asian bill?  Makes you wonder why innocent blood is being shed with gun violence–to make a sweeping law that permits NO ONE to carry guns.  Just saying.  You get Garyside’s drift.

Each branch of government can change acts of the other branches:

• The president can veto legislation created by Congress and nominates heads of federal agencies.
• Congress confirms or rejects the president’s nominees and can remove the president from office in exceptional circumstances.
• The Justices of the Supreme Court, who can overturn unconstitutional laws, are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate.

This ability of each branch to respond to the actions of the other branches is called the system of checks and balances.

This brings Garyside to its point.  The Judicial Branch and/or the media who is now pointing the finger toward Clarence Thomas as the key factor in the Overturning of Roe vs. Wade is a bunch of bullshit.

Clarence Thomas is no more than an Uncle Tom, put in place to appease white folks.    Some would refer to him as a “house nigga”.  Garyside detests the word “nigga”.  In essence,  the Black CULTURE knows that Blacks and/or  African Americans are not “niggas”.  When Blacks or African Americans refer to another as a “nigga”.  Listen calling a black person a nigga is akin to whites calling each other “white trash”.  A “nigga” is black trash.  It is not a word that depicts terms of endearment; no matter who says it or promotes it.  The blacks that promote “niggahood”  through songs and rap, are nothing more than black trash and/or Uncle Toms.  They will not go and sing or rap anything derogatory about a white Jew-ish person.  If they attempt to–it is stopped immediately.   It becomes anti-semitic.  Freedom of speech goes right out of the window.  Go figure.  Go call a gay person nowadays gay, and see where Freedom of speech gets you.  See how twisted this is and how black hate is promoted.  Another topic, another day. So nigga hood knows what lines not to cross.  They will sing “Niggas in Paris”, but will sing nothing about white folks.  

As you read earlier, remember Garyside pointed out to you that “they” in the judicial branch is not just   Clarence Thomas.   He is ONLY one person embedded in and part of this judicial branch.  That being said,  “THEY” evaluated and overturned Roe vs. Wade together.  How many women are on the judicial branch of government?  As usual white privilege is sheltered from their role in the decision?  Does anybody remember Emmett Till?

On the other hand,   Clarence Thomas like so many others like him is a Black mind who suffers from Stockholm syndrome.  This is a condition in which hostages develop a psychological bond with their captors during captivity . . .It results from a rather specific set of circumstances, namely the power imbalances contained in hostage-taking, kidnapping, and abusive relationships. . . . Emotional bonds may be formed between captors and captives, during intimate time together.   In essence, niggas have Stockholm syndrome and have bonded to their oppressors.  Oftimes they think the oppressor is better than blacks.  They have developed their mindset of hate against other blacks.  Don’t get it twisted.  We see it every day.   For more information click on the red underlined word source  “source”   Of course they are lying when they say it is rare.  Slavery as well as day-to-day racism has contributed to blacks succumbing to the Stockholm syndrome.  Not to mention slavery, and “Massa”.

Come on now, this Black-skinned man i.e., Clarence Thomas does not have this type of power, to control all the members of the judicial branch.  He was doing what he was told to do.    He was given the same statistical information regarding the demise of the white race as the other branches of government i.e., the white race has become extinct.  We should have known that though with the media’s push and aggressive marketing of you know who with a black person, mostly black men who can plant a black seed/sperm.

Please pay special attention to the fact that the media branch of government- is akin to a secret government; owned by the Democrats, and especially Fox News.

That being said, let’s go to Clarence Thomas who was nominated by President George H.W. Bush to succeed Thurgood Marshall. Right.  Here is the cliffhanger, while they are trying to throw Republicans under the bus.  Listen  when this nomination of Clarence Thomas took place, guess what:

Which Bush? Democrats held a clear majority in both the House and Senate during Bush Sr’s presidency. Bush Jr had a slim Republican majority in the house until 2007 when the Democrats gain a 233-198 majority. The Senate was split 50-50 at the beginning of his first term and 49-49-2 at the end of his second term. The democrat party had control of both the House and Senate, starting January 4th, 2007, when the recession began. The Democrats kept control until the voters chose the republican party to reclaim the House starting on January 3rd, 2011, after the first two years of Barack Obama‘s presidency.

So there it is. . .  the Democrats and Republicans agreed on Clarence Thomas to deliver the blow.  They knew he would do what they wanted him to do. Hence, the blow job.  Clarence Thomas wants a whiter America too, as he wants an America that resembles his wife and his world.

You see all these branches and bodies of government read from the same statistical report findings on the loss of the white race.  Suffice to say that Presidente Biden and Presidente Obama knew the diminished state of the white population.  So they made a radical decision to overturn  Roe v. Wade.  The decision had nothing to do with morality, as this country lost its morals with slavery.  They also flooded America with their newest version of white folks.. bloody people i.e., Hispanics, and Latins who have a strong hatred of black folks.

The white race (people of no color) is/has died out.  It has died out a long time ago.  This began in slavery.  This is why the gun control law was invented (where blacks could not own guns) to keep the slaves in line because they had outnumbered white folks. 

The powers that be have tried all kinds of trickery to stop the birth rate of blacks.  Do your research.  A white woman, i.e., Martha Sanger. . stated:  “We Want to Exterminate the Negro Population.”   She wanted to do this through abortions.

Not to mention that white women’s birth rate has always been low, and overturning Roe v. Wade only shows that Supreme Court’s attempts to play God is useless. 

Listen in all 50 states in the ole US of A, there are 2 million black women or more and 2 million black men or more, all incarcerated in every state.    Now multiply 4 million by 50 states, and these are only the incarcerated ones.  Imagine all of those incarcerated black folks have children.  The majority have more than one child.  This is just the incarcerated.  There are more black children than any other group.  This is why the Biden/Obama administration was/is busing white Hispanic children in by the shit load.  You know. . . the dreamers.

There is another false news agenda that is puffing up the Hispanic count.  Look in 1999 there were only 1,000,000 Mexicans according to the Census.  It is impossible to quadruple to this point. 

In the ending, Clarence Thomas is the scapegoat, and glad to be.  The bottom line is that the white race has died out, so no more abortions for you.   Even with mixed-race kids, they will claim their “whiteness” leading to a super-inflated count (according to the media branch).   It won’t work.  They can bring shit loads of various versions of whites over here, but watch Yahweh. .

Black folks, you had better distance yourself from “Niggas”, and come together because that same Clarence Thomas style could reintroduce slavery.

With the passage of the 13th Amendment—which states that “[n]either slavery or involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction”—the central contradiction at the heart of the Founding was resolved.

Garyside would like to leave you with this… Clarence Thomas the Uncle Tom did what he was ordered to do.  He saw the statistical calculations of a white race that has died out.  You see abortion was meant to depopulate the black race, but it actually depopulated the white race. and that is the reason for Overturning Roe v. For the abortion industry to sue Louisiana for simply requiring that abortionists have hospital admitting privileges speaks volumes of their true feelings towards the women they profit from. What’s more, is how black folks have got it twisted through brainwashing.  Listen.  Don’t be fooled that the so-called staged right and left differences between the Democrats and Republicans is nothing more than a staged and rehearsed game they play.  Both are on the same page.  Black folks should really be tired of a 400-year-old plus agenda, where very few gain footage.  Suffice to say that those who join the mindset of their oppressor are regulated to fame and fortune (for a season). It comes with a stipulation i.e if they take a white man or woman, or anyone not black to share their wealth.  A contract white riches are never regulated to adhere to.  What’s more, they have to stay disconnected from the black community and the communities’ causes as well.  That is until their black asses are on the line, with white supremacy.  Whether you love them or not has nothing to do with loyalty to black folks.  Just saying.     Then they come back to their “roots” for support, and our foolish, forgiving asses rally behind them.    It truly is a game they play.  So Garyians as Black folks, we have to get with the game and stop being fooled by the screwed-up 400-plus-year-old promises.

Take note that the U.S. Constitution was written during a four-month or longer length of time.  This was during the Constitutional Convention of 1787 — it wasn’t even finished when it was signed that September.  Special  Note:  There were no Black folks that signed or helped draft the Constitution.   How could they . . . Amerikka reinforced laws that our ancestors were forbidden to be taught how to read or write?

In ending, in Garyside’s opinion, Clarence Thomas did not take it upon himself to Overturn Roe v. Wade, probably happy to do so given the statistics on white folks.  That being said,  he was told to do so, and Presidente Biden can play dumbfounded all he wants to.  It is his prerogative, but we know the dealeo.
