GARYSIDES’  OPINION GUIDELINES 

Garyside welcomes all submissions of opinion pieces of which Garyside will publish at our discretion. Your opinion pieces must be fact-based. All and any Links and citations to substantiate arguments must be included. Garyside generally does not publish items that have appeared elsewhere and Garyside asks for two weeks’ exclusivity.

Listen, if you do not hear back, assume we have decided to pass.

Topics should be Gary-related, local authors are preferred and anonymity is not allowed. The recommended length is 500-600 words, and at least 72 hours’ notice is required. Please send Word or Google docs, not PDFs. Send your name, phone number and a one-line bio with all relevant disclosures to thegaryside@gmail.com
