While Gary is not a community where no crime exists; if there really is such a place. On the other hand we could take a bite out of crime in our communities if we just told what we saw. Anonymously of course. Otherwise we will continue to have criminals walking amongst us in plan sight to strike again. So listen, outside of forming a citizens’ vigilante group to fight crime do this:
If you see something, say something!
Remember–if you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.
