INFORMATION FOR OUR CHILDREN

Parents and/or caregivers.  Every day give your Black child a positive mantra.   Remind your black superstar that they are our future.  Show them how to be leaders and not followers.  Pull them away from derogatory images, and anything that would damage their developmental state.     Tell your black child every day that Black folks  are the most beautiful people on earth. Tell them not to be defined by the media.    Tell your child that when God made black folks, he broke the mold.  Tell your child that Black folks are often imitated, but never duplicated.  Tell them that they are beautiful and black and that that is a winning combination.  Parents, and/or caregivers, tell that black child to strive for excellence.  Tell that black child to be all he/she can be.  Tell that black child that they are young, gifted, and black, and that’s a fact!
